As an EL Education school we have the opportunity to get out into our community and explore different topics and challenge ourselves using out HoWLs. Here at Camp Collins they create a program appropriate for kiddos of all ages. This year, our cabins were located at the Rotary Village. These are hobbi-styled homes that have circular doors, just like the movie. We stayed in our own area and the kids LOVED the cabin life. archeryriver ecologyp.s. i love old school polaroid photography team buildingelementscampfirerock climbingThese kids were amazing! They persevered, encouraged, and cared for one another. Overall, this overnight is supposed to challenge us to be better humans and crew. SO SO SO happy I was able to spend this last fieldwork doing something I love!

Cooper Mountain went really well. The weather was warm, and lots of pollen in the air. We were able to learn a lot more about pollinators and why plants need pollen. Students played a matching game for different plants/flowers, learn about animals that carry pollen, and collect different seeds.
This year for Better World Day we cleaned and beautified Rood Bridge Park. It was amazing to see all students excited about helping the community.
